- Ramster wood-burning ovens do not need to be converted! This is only an external aspect.
Because all our wood-fired ovens are of course perfectly suitable for baking even in winter at sub-zero temperatures.
Even large loaves can be baked effortlessly. This is impressively demonstrated every time during our training courses, which also take place at sub-zero temperatures.
