The Ramster Maxi is the flagship among wood-fired ovens – built for real professionals, clubs, restaurants, and ambitious hobby bakers. With a steel body up to 6 mm thick, two fireclay baking compartments, and a large firebox with two doors (allowing separate firing), it offers unmatched performance and flexibility. It also features fully insulated cladding.
Its enormous baking surface of 80 x 60 cm per level allows large quantities to be baked at the same time – from crispy bread to pizza and tarte flambée to roasts or casseroles. The integrated warming compartment keeps food and sauces at the perfect temperature.
Two stainless steel thermometers, aluminized smoke pipes, and a precise throttle valve are included.
