Castell Miquel Sa Canova private edition - extra virgin olive oil Olive oil of superior quality from Mallorca! The Sa Canova olives are grown on the Finca Sa Canova. The Finca is located in the north -east agricultural region of Mallorca. On the farm a small area of 600 Arbequina trees are cultivated. The Sa Canova-oil is made from Arbequina olives and the verge extra quality oil is also registered at the control authority D.O. Mallorca. The olives are harvested relatively early towards the end of October. This brings a smaller amount of oil, but a much higher quality! The Sa Canova olive oil is cold-pressed directly and mechanically and of the exquisite quality. This allows a high vitamin and mineral content in the partially unfiltered oil  A valuable contribution for those who pay attention to a healthy diet! "Arbequina" taste: Almond, fennel, rosemary, basil, sage, then tomato and artichoke, also (a little timid) rucola, a perfect Arbequina! With its unique fruity taste of this extra virgin olive oil is ideal for recipes with meat and poultry, but also excellent for sauces, salads.
