Truffle Shuffle

A premium spice blend featuring herbs, porcini mushrooms, and summer truffles (known as “scorzone” in Italy). The flavor of herbs, mushrooms, and truffles enhances almost any dish and adds plenty of “umami,” the Japanese term for “savory” and the fifth taste alongside sweet, sour, salty, and bitter.
