Compared to conventional evaporated salt, our special curing salt is a pure natural rock salt.
It contains significantly more minerals than conventional NPS.
The end product acquires a mildly salty flavour, a bright meat-red colour with high stability and well-rounded salt crystals.
Our special curing salt can be used in a 1:1 ratio with standard nitrite curing salt.
The salt is best suited for the production of high-quality raw cured products.
