Napoleon grills are equipped with highly efficient flame guard inserts that vaporize grease on contact, but sometimes a little still gets through. In this case, the grease lands in the large drip tray and is directed to the removable grease tray. You should check your grease tray after ten uses to ensure it isn’t too full and replace it with a new one if necessary. Checking the grease trays is part of regular grill maintenance and ensures that you can continue to enjoy your Napoleon for years to come.
