Flame salmon holder with board
Our unique flaming charcoal holder not only allows the board to be tilted (as with other flaming charcoal boards), but also makes it easy to move it forwards to the fire or backwards, eliminating the need to reposition the charcoal. This allows you to regulate the temperature for the flame salmon according to your own wishes and adjust accordingly.
The flame salmon holder is clamped in a few seconds on the side tray, which can be attached to our Toms Western kitchens.
