For rising and shaping your bread dough - the groundwood bread moulds are perfect for any home baker!
Size: for breads up to 2,000 g
Dimensions: 33 cm long x 15.5 cm wide x 7 cm deep
Please note: Only use the bread proofing baskets for proofing the dough, never for baking bread!
How to use:
If necessary, brush out the proofing basket before using it for the first time and dust the inside with a little flour or potato starch powder.
After the proofing process, your proofing basket will have removed some water from the dough and will therefore be slightly moist.
Please ensure that the proofing mould is completely dry before storing to prevent mould from forming.
A dry and well-ventilated place is best for this.
Once the mould is completely dry, you can simply clean it with a brush and store it in the cupboard.
Material:
The wood pulp used for the proofing baskets is a natural product made from fresh spruce wood, which is free from any chemical additives and is produced by purely physical means.
- easier to turn out the dough as it doesn't get stuck in the grooves of the wooden mould
- the better moisture absorption of the mould facilitates dough proofing
- easier to clean
