Ash Tool S, MX, MN
The Ash Tool actually serves a dual purpose: You can use it to easily remove ash from the Big Green Egg, but also to spread the charcoal when lighting the EGG. This handy tool, together with the ash shovel, makes a great team.
For optimal temperature control when cooking with the EGG, there should be as little ash in the EGG as possible. Fortunately, the ash scraper is great at cleaning up. Before using the EGG, simply use the metal hook to conveniently push all the ash to the side—which will definitely benefit your dishes.
