Simply place the skewer ring on the ceramic base and insert the skewer into the ring. Then close the lid of the EGG so you can monitor the EGG’s temperature perfectly, as always. This allows you to combine the skewer with the benefits of the EGG. Thanks to the air circulation inside the EGG, the heat reflection from the ceramic, and the rotation of the rotisserie, your food will be cooked to perfection. The rotisserie ring is made of coated steel, while the rotisserie and the accompanying rotisserie forks are made of stainless steel. The rotisserie is powered by a quiet yet powerful 220–240-volt motor, ensuring smooth, even rotation.
