Whether you’re sautéing or stir-frying, Asian-style or otherwise, all you need is a little oil, high heat, fresh ingredients, and the carbon steel grill wok with bamboo spatula. Then you’re ready to go. This wok is made of carbon steel, making it much harder than regular steel. And of course, we’ve coated it with a thin layer of oil to prevent rust. After cleaning, rub your wok with a little vegetable oil to keep it in top condition.
