The wireless thermometer with two probes (Dual Probe Remote Thermometer) measures the core temperature of the ingredient(s) and the temperature inside the Big Green Egg with one-degree precision. The wireless thermometer features two probes and a receiver that stays with you. As soon as the desired temperature is reached, the receiver automatically emits a signal (range up to 91 m).

This precision instrument, shaped like the unique EGG, leaves nothing to chance. That’s why the wireless thermometer with two probes comes pre-programmed with temperatures for beef, veal, lamb, and pork, as well as for poultry and nine types of game (such as duck and venison). Want to adjust the temperatures to your personal preferences? That’s possible, too. The probes can measure temperatures up to 380 °C.
