Monolith Charcoal Basket Classic
The stainless steel charcoal basket significantly improves the airflow/airflow in the grill. The cast iron charcoal grate should always be placed under the charcoal basket to reduce radiant heat downward. The charcoal basket can be removed from the monolith by the handles. This allows the ash to be shaken off and the basket to be refilled with charcoal. The charcoal basket for the Monolith Classic and the Monolith LeChef have a separator. This makes it possible to set up two different temperature zones in the grill. Together with the split deflector stone, the application possibilities can be increased.
