Despite dispensing with the smoking rail, the model has been enhanced with some impressive upgrades. For example, the Smart Grid System (SGS) is now included, giving you even more flexibility and variety when grilling.
In addition, the seal has been updated to a hard-wearing fibreglass seal, which ensures optimum sealing and durability. The MONOLITH ONE also features the tried-and-tested PRO series 2.0 hinge, which makes the lid particularly easy to handle.
