The MONOLITH TWO.55 Smart Flow Bundle is the perfect symbiosis of generous grilling surface, innovative technology and uncompromising quality. With a grill diameter of 44 cm, it offers plenty of space for culinary masterpieces - ideal for relaxed family dinners as well as cosy BBQs with friends. Thanks to the well thought-out construction made of high-quality silicate ceramic, stainless steel components and the robust, modernised frame made of powder-coated steel in elegant matt black, this barbecue is both visually and functionally impressive. A special highlight of this edition is the permanently integrated fan, which was developed in collaboration with US partner BBQ Guru. This intelligent feature ensures precise temperature control thanks to an even air supply - ideal for low & slow cooking methods. Combined with the innovative chip feeder system for easy flavouring with wood chips, the result is dishes with an intense smoky aroma and unmistakable flavour. The TWO.55 Smart Flow Bundle also has high-quality features: refractory ceramic for efficient heat storage, an optimised glass fibre seal with stainless steel inlay, a precise cast iron lid valve with slide system and a durable firebox made of fireclay and stainless steel with integrated ash collection system. The modular Smart Grid System (SGS) allows flexible preparation of a wide variety of dishes thanks to variable levels and an optional additional grid - from baking, cooking and roasting to grilling, smoking and smoking. This is complemented by a wide range of MONOLITH accessories, allowing you to give free rein to your creativity when grilling.
