The Napoleon® BIPRO825 built-in barbecue attachment is the perfect finishing touch to your outdoor kitchen at an uncompromisingly high level. The BIPRO825 offers everything you need for professional barbecuing: Two separate grilling areas, a rotisserie spit device and a separate infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ area with temperatures of up to 800°C for perfect steaks. There is space for around 50 burgers in total on the WAVE™ grill rack. The warming racks along the two grilling areas also provide space for additional food. Poultry or whole roasts are particularly tender and crispy on the rotisserie spit thanks to the infrared rear burner. Still not enough? The Napoleon® BIPRO825 also has a smoker insert with its own burner. Simply fill it with your favourite smoking chips and an incomparable aroma will fill the neighbourhood. If the barbecue takes a little longer, the new, multi-coloured SAFETY GLOW™ control dials ensure precise operation even in the dark. For example, their integrated backlighting changes from blue to red light as soon as the gas flows. A practical and safety-enhancing feature. The halogen interior lighting of the cooking space ensures that nothing burns, even in dark outdoor conditions.
