The big Ramster wood-fired oven baking festival - finally back!
The time has finally come: the popular Ramster Baking Festival is back and promises to be an unforgettable experience again this year! After a break, we're really looking forward to taking you back into the great world of baking, grilling and savouring.
When? On Saturday, 28 June 2025 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Let yourself be enchanted by a new variety of wood-fired oven and BBQ dishes! The day is all about delicious food and drinks, fascinating baking and barbecue demonstrations and exciting insights into various areas relating to wood-fired ovens and barbecues. We have put together a packed programme for you that will provide you with everything you need to know about the art of baking and grilling - in an atmosphere that will stay with you for a long time!
The aroma of freshly baked bread, pizzas, tarte flambée, spit roasts, chicken and savoury dishes will fill the air on this day and leave no one hungry. And of course, no throat will be left dry - our Schorlebar will be served in the iconic Ramster Dubbeglas, so that everyone can find the right drink to accompany their culinary delight.

As a special highlight, world confectionery champion Bernd Siefert will delight you with his impressive demonstrations.

In addition to all the culinary delights, there will of course also be exciting presentations. Our wood-fired oven experts, led by the legendary Thomas Ramster himself, will share their extensive knowledge and show you the finest tips and tricks for perfect grilling and baking.

You can learn the secrets of our wood-fired ovens and be inspired by Toms western kitchens, Napoleon grills, Traeger pellet grills, Big Green Egg and Monolith grills. Gourmet experts will get their money's worth and can experience BBQ and baking on a whole new level!

Of course! The little guests are also well catered for! The make-up fairy will make their faces light up and transform balloons into imaginative figures. Whether sword, dog or flower, there are no limits to creativity - the kids can have all kinds of colourful balloon figures conjured up on the spot! This will make the party just as unforgettable for the little guests as for the grown-ups!
