The height-adjustable dome in the upper compartment and two additional domes at the bottom allow simultaneous baking on several levels – ideal for pizza, bread, roasts, or tarte flambée. Includes smoke pipe throttle valve and aluminized chimney cap. Two stainless steel thermometers measure exact values directly in the baking compartment.
