The Ramster Le Grand Type 2 is a masterpiece among wood-fired ovens – created for those who refuse to compromise. The steel body, which is up to 6 mm thick, and the solid fireclay lining ensure extreme heat storage and perfect heat distribution. 
With its huge baking surface of 60 x 80 cm in the upper compartment and two lower compartments, it offers space for bread, pizza, roasts, and more. The height-adjustable dome also allows for precise gratinating, while the almost 6 cm thick bread baking dome ensures incomparably aromatic crusts. 
The precise Ramster stainless steel thermometer provides exact temperature readings directly in the baking compartment – for consistent results, whether you're baking, grilling, or smoking.
