Cast iron grill plate
With this solid cast iron grill plate, you can also use your wood-fired oven as a barbecue: Grill your meat, sausages, vegetables and much more with a very tasty result.
To do this, you will need our special grill insert (set consisting of 2 inserts) on which the grill plate rests in the upper baking chamber. This grill insert ‘replaces’ the two fireclay bricks in the upper baking chamber. You remove the bottom fireclay bricks from the upper baking chamber, insert the inserts and can then place the grill plate on them!
