Our passionate baker will let you in on all the secrets of the original baking of wood-fired bread, rolls, pretzels and other baking specialities. The topics of sourdough, dough management, types of flour and much more will also be discussed. How do you work with yeast? You will learn practical kneading and dough preparation very easily.
We still do the firing ourselves! We'll introduce you to firing a wood-fired oven and show you tricks for finding the right baking time for your bread.
Please bring an apron or clothes that can take a bit of flour!
Freshly baked, fluffy wood-fired bread only gets its typical crispy wood-fired crust and special flavour in a wood-fired oven. Enjoy the aroma and the unique flavour!
Our bread baking vault is ideal for preparing dishes that require a constant temperature or top heat over a long baking period, including rustic farmhouse bread with a cracking crust.
This intensive training course is not only about making world-class bread, but the second part also deals with the special features of the wood-fired oven, such as the temperature curve or the heat control, so that after this course you will not only be able to bake fantastic bread, but also know your oven much better, which is also an advantage for many other dishes. With the Ramster wood-fired oven, any kind of baking is very easy.
We provide each participant with their own RAMSTER wood-fired oven model so that everyone can get hands-on and actively bake. Even if you don't yet have a Ramster wood-fired oven at home, you are welcome to try them out.
Our training courses are also particularly suitable as a gift idea for birthdays, Christmas and other occasions.
For insurance reasons, our training courses are only suitable for children aged 14 and over (at the full participation fee)!
