Grill insert with guide
Our specially manufactured grill insert enables you to use our grill rack in your wood-fired oven!
Simply remove the fireclay bricks from the upper baking chamber and insert the grill insert instead.
Then slide the 60x40 cm grill rack (this is NOT included in this set) into the guide rail and off you go.
The pizza vault remains in your baking chamber. This means you can also use the top heat when grilling.
