You simply place the insert in your 57cm kettle barbecue and, with the help of the briquettes, you can maintain a temperature of approx. 110 degrees for up to 7 hours. Meat cooked at this temperature for several hours is unbeatable for its tenderness and succulence.
Easy handling
Distribute the briquettes evenly in the Archinator, place about 5 of them (in glowing condition) on top and place the stainless steel container filled with water in the Archinator, set the air supply and exhaust air, done!!!
