HomeFires BRAAI model 800 free-standing
The most original way of barbecuing. Produce charcoal directly from wood and then distribute the glowing charcoal to different zones of the barbecue. Wood is ignited from below in the solid firebox of the HomeFires BRAAI. The resulting charcoal is distributed with a slide into the grill zones, where it is used for grilling, cooking or baking. This creates targeted heat at the required cooking zones. The authentic wood flavour is transferred directly to the food.
You can use Dutch ovens, pans, woks and pots directly in the HomeFires BRAAI and prepare every conceivable type of meat, vegetables and/or desserts.
There is a drawer under the ember tray that can also be used as an indirect cooking zone. This drawer can be used for cooking, baking, gratinating or keeping food warm.

1 HomeFires Original charcoal maker / ember maker (standing on the right),
1 ash box with a warming/cooking drawer underneath,
1 front flap with chain suspension (also serves as a storage surface in front of the grill),
1 top flap for hanging and unhooking,
1 stainless steel grill weighing approx. 3 kg,
1 ash shovel,
1 poker,
1 swivel arm with suspension chain,
1 square chimney pipe approx. 1 metre long,
1 chimney top (TurboCowl)
