Deflector stone (split) & spacer Monolith Classic
The split deflector stone, together with the charcoal basket, makes it possible to set up different temperature ranges and grilling zones for direct and indirect grilling in the Monolith Classic. The deflector stone consists of two crescent-shaped ceramic elements that can be placed on the spacer as needed. The stone thus shields the food from the open embers and direct heat. Large pieces of meat can be cooked gently and slowly without burning. Due to the new shape of the spacer for the Monolith Classic, a 2nd grill level (2-part set) can now be optionally used.In the Monolith Junior, a split deflector stone is not possible due to the grill size, it consists of one part.
