HomeFires BRAAI built-in model 1200
The HomeFires BRAAI built-in model 1200 is equipped with the reinforced firebox in the centre, whereby the firebox can simply be moved to the right on a rail in order to use the entire grill width. Whereas the HomeFires braai built-in models 800 and 1000 have the firebox (ember maker) on the right-hand side.
The HomeFires braai (on all models) has a bar with a hook that can be swivelled over the grilling zone. A tea or coffee kettle can be hung from this hook or a Dutch Oven can be simmered in between.
In addition, the HomeFires braai can also be fitted with accessories such as a rotisserie or an insert for the WOK, which extends the range of applications even further. There are almost no limits. Even the two drawers under the charcoal base can be used for cooking and simmering. Here, for example, you can stew vegetables or just keep dishes warm.

1 stainless steel grid 48×50 cm (DxW) 2mm (grill grid),
1 firebox (ember maker) can be moved to the centre,
2 heat shields for the rear wall,
1 poker,
1 ash shovel,
1 swivel arm with suspension chain,
1 front flap with chain suspension (also serves as a storage surface in front of the barbecue),
1 top flap for hanging and unhooking,
1 ash box with 2 (cooking) drawers underneath
